HOT NEWS:

   The Water Commission approved a new usage rate structure on August 17, 2009 which will go into effect April 1, 2010. All customers will pay the same usage rate comprised of a base rate of $55.00 per quarter which will include 4000 gallons; and $5.00 for each additional 1000 gallons thereafter. Bond rates will remain unchanged. More information will be provided in the next two quarter's bills.
Who:
The Selectboard is also the Water Commission and is responsible for operating and managing the municipal water system.

What:   Provides drinking water to approximately 220 households and businesses located in Montgomery Village and Montgomery Center.
When:  The Water Commission meets in conjunction with Regular Selctboard Meetings 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of the month.
Where: Meetings are held at the Town Offices.
