Does not seem possible it has been 15 years since the 9 1 1 attack on America. So many lives were taken that day and it still brings cold chills up my spine, so sad! Penny asked me this afternoon, “Did I remember where we were?” I sure do remember, we were cleaning house, we had the radio on and when I first heard the news of a plane flying into the tower, it was not long another one flew in to the other tower., I called out to Penny and said something weird is going on. And that is where we were. When we returned home the TV stations were all reporting this horrible tragedy.

9/6, Thirteen members of the Green Mountain Ruby Reds met at the home of Connie McFarland at her invitation to have a “Wine and Cheese” luncheon. Everyone brought their favorite wine and special cheese dishes or whatever they wanted to bring. After our delicious lunch we sat around and chatted with our friends we do not see often, and then someone suggested that we play our favorite game of left-right-center. That was fun with lots of laughter.
