2026 Notice of Tax Sale

  • Office Closed June 29-July 3rd Summer Break/July Holiday

    The Town Clerk will be on vacation from June 29th-July 3rd for our annual summer break/July 4th celebrations. The office will reopen Monday July 6th.

Tax Sale date: April 27th 2026 at 2:00pm in the Town Office Conference Room, located at 86 Mountain Road Montgomery Center.

Requests for information regarding tax balances due, tax sale process, or additional questions must be directed to the tax collector’s attorney:
