The Town of Montgomery is seeking public comments on the draft local Zoning Bylaws update. The Planning commission will conduct a public hearing on November 10th, 2026 at 6pm at the Town Hall located at 57 Main Street. Please see below the Public Notice Warning, current Bylaw Draft with proposed updates, as well as the bylaw report.
