    The Zoning Administrator has issued a Notice of Public Hearing-Development Review Board for Eller 1-22-2026

The Board of Lister’s will meet on Tuesday June 18th 2024 in the PSB Conference Room from 9:00am-11:00am to hold Grievance Hearings.

If you cannot attend in person you may submit an appeal in writing to the Lister’s. Click the following link to fill out a Grievance Application. Applications can be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office during office hours, via the outdoor drop-box, or emailed to municipalclerkmontgomery@gmail.com OR montgomerylisters@gmail.com
